Has Anyone Tried Downloading CS 1.6 from cs-unikov?
Hi everyone. I'm looking to reinstall CS 1.6 because my current version has started giving me random errors and sometimes crashes when I try to join a server. While searching for a new copy, I came across a website called cs-unikov. Has anyone here downloaded CS 1.6 from this site before? I'm mainly interested in whether the installation works properly and if the game can connect to online servers without any issues. I don't want to download another broken or outdated version, so I'd really appreciate hearing from someone who has actually tried it and can share their experience.

I haven't had any major problems with the version I downloaded from there. I was also looking for a fresh installation because my previous game files were causing random crashes and connection issues. After installing a new copy, the game started normally, and I could join online servers without having to spend time fixing configuration files. If your current installation is giving you constant errors, replacing it with a fresh CS 1.6 version could be a simple solution. It certainly worked better for me than trying to repair my old installation.
