For wet areas like bathrooms, a plastic access panel is ideal because it won’t warp or corrode. This wall hole cover is made of high-impact ABS that holds up to humidity, installs flush, and can be caulked lightly around the edges for extra seal. Plumbers often use these exact panels behind showers or tubs. Paint it to match and it virtually disappears while staying fully accessible.
